Summary

The Axon Raptor project aimed to create a real-time monitoring dashboard for robotic picking operations, allowing warehouse managers to track order fulfillment, device health, and task failures effortlessly. Designing this required deep system understanding — from how tasks were assigned to robots to how failures were logged — and then translating it into a clear, action-driven interface.

The impact:

This project was particularly challenging as there were no design precedents for a robotic picking system like Raptor. Working closely with PMs, developers, and warehouse SMEs, I ensured the design was scalable, action-oriented, and clear, ultimately helping the client reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.
